My Magazine Cover Drafts
For my first design I chose a blue and black theme as I saw this on a few magazine covers I had looked at; total film, entertainment weekly and premiere. I felt like this was a subtle yet bold colour to use so that it wasn't too bright but it was also eye catching.
For my title on this design I chose 'Sequence' to represent how films are made in a specific sequence. I chose to place my main image of Kieran, the main character in our film trailer, over the top of the text like I had seen on total film and empire a number of times.
For my pug I chose a light blue circular shape with a dark blue outline and then the text 'WIN exclusive tickets to all new Fragmented' to make my audience pick up and buy my magazine.
Something that I had seen on total film magazine that I wanted to incorporate was the header 'the action genre special edition' that I felt was extremely appealing to my target audience through my film trailer, poster and magazine cover. I chose to have this in dark blue writing and with a light blue line seperating it from the rest of the text on the page.

Our Props and Costumes
The props that we are going to be using in our trailer are;
- Fake Guns for showing our action genre,
- Fake Grenades for the shot reverse shot of Jack and the old friend,
- Cans balancing on a wall for target practice.
For the costumes of the characters in our trailer we chose to use dark colours so that no one stood out from the crowd as we wanted to make sure our main character looked like he blended into his surroundings.
